Lyndsay Rensing is the owner and designer behind Icon Cake and Sugar Flowers. She was raised in a family of artists and enjoys incorporating her background in fine art and design and her love of art history into her unique handcrafted cake designs.  Her passion for intricate craftsmanship and beautiful organic details results in a memorable cake that is uniquely made to complement each couple and their day.
When she isn’t in the kitchen, she can be found sharing conversations over dinner with her neighbors or reading epic novels and mysteries aloud to her children.
